Not quite right:

- 12-tone serial composition started in 20ies in the works of
composers of the second Viennese school (Schönberg, Berg, Webern).

- Libertango is Latin music work, and it has nothing to do with
dodecaphony, and in no sense it's an innovative piece. Which doesn't
mean it's not nice composition.... In that orchestral version it
sounds very academically, partly because the feeling and articulation
of orchestral performers is different and not good for such work.
Including trumpet soloist...
