No, the internal CX-3 transposition doesn't affect MIDI at all; it's all
inside the unit. The only way to do what you want is externally. As an
example, the MIDI Solutions Event Processor (and Plus) can do this quite
nicely -- move a certain number of semi-tones based on a CC#.
