Rafael, as Bobby suggested, you should be able to map the sliders from almost any midi controller to the VB3 sliders.. this can generally be done in one of two ways.. inside the software (although I don't recall if VB3 allows for this), you can generally use the "midi-learn" function to click on a control and map it to whatever button or slider you move on your controller.. OR you can do it in the controller itself, if the controller allows for templates to be built.

Most good controllers have these maps/templates, and some are already pre-configured to work with different VST's. For instance my Edirol PCR800 had a map that worked perfectly with B4 and VB3.. all the sliders were automatically mapped as were various controls like Chorus/Vibrato etc.

Again you should be able to accomplish this in VB3 and if not you should be able to configure your controller to send the correct midi CC information to control the drawbars.
