I got to play around with a Microstation a while back and, I too, was blown
away by the EDS-i sound engine! I listened to a wide variety of sounds and
everything sounded really impressive. The keyboard is small enough and
light enough that you could very well use it as a sound module. In
addition, the smaller keys are designed so that you can easily play notes or
chords, despite their size.
