Agreed: extra high notes are even more annoying with an authentic Hammond patch. The upper C is the exact limit. I imagine anyone playing a higher note, trying to make it "scream" and the result is a very "un-Hannondy" thin note: embarrassing! :-S
BTW: typing error in my original post: the upper keyboard on the new Roland organ only has four octaves, which - together with the springboard-like keys - is rather similar to a Hammond spinet than a console. No chance for long palm glissandos on the upper keyboard - and with what looks like a weighted action lower keyboard starting with an A, I'm not too sure about the lower keyboard either....
As I said: most likely a great piece of gear for "entertainment" keyboarders.
