This is a very interesting conversation ....about song books and Music notation
and all . And to not have to use a large binder style as i use ....mine is only
for words and changes ....but still necessary ...as my CRS continues ....in my
life ...
so i have been thinking of the IPAD for a while ..but the screen is still a bit
small for me ...
I think a regular laptop may be for me ....and same cost or less than an IPAD
....Tho a laptop cannot set on a music stand or on my E3 ???

but placement of Whatever is critical ...like a music stand ....it has to be in
front ..an the Microphone can get in the way sometimes tooo ....

The IKlip seems to be the best solution ...for clipping to a mic stand ...the
Gorilla pod seems it would fall over on an active or crowded stage not that we
ever play on a crowded stage tho ...lol
My other concern is how close does the I pad need to be for me to see it ...my
eyes are not what they used to be ....
Can i see a complete song on one page ....I dont think so ...not at the size of
print i need it to be ..IMHO....
so a Laptop may be better for me ?? but will a laptop attach to the I Klip ???

A good ol' rectangular music stand will work for paper, book, pad, almost
anything and at least looks like it belongs there. I have one on an adapter
that clamps to my keyboard stand, and can be rotated flat so it doesn't block
anyone's view of my smiling face, but I can glance down at it whenever
necessary, and it is easily within reach.

And I'll bet you've already got one laying around someplace...
