It depends on your definition of "playability". To me, the location of the leslie switch (I always use a footswitch anyway) pales in comparison to being able to play then entire range of the instrument and have it sound (and feel) authentic regardless of the register.
David, you must have missed the six or seven posts that have mentioned that you can use another keyboard for the lower manual. The single set of drawbars are used to control both manuals.
Now that I think of it, this debate reminds me of the way that you spent the last year bad mouthing the Vent (that silly overpriced stomp box). I guess 2011 will be the year to bash the Numa (at least until you get one). LOL
