It would be funny if that were really the issue.
If the C2 sits on the stand it's louder than when you pick it up off the stand.
This isn't some preprogrammed digital simulation of Hammond junk noise.
The C2 does have an adjustment for noise but this is different.
There's either something going out inside the organ or, as someone mentioned, it might be a loose component.
I guess I have to find out if it's still under warranty.
If so it probably needs to go to the repair shop.
If not then I'll tear into it and find the offending buzz and shoot it.

Aghhh, I guess I am missing out here, my C1 does not have the authentic
'Hammond' hum :( However, I did manage to make the C1 a bit my
realistic by inserting 350lb of lead weights under the cover so I could
emulate the back strain when moving it! It works a treat... I am almost
crippled with pain now :)
