Could this be done with an active crossover between the organ and the Ventilator set at the same frequency as where the Ventilator divides the signal to the two rotors? Just send the upper frequency to the Vent. Use the crossover to let the lower frquency bypass the vent.
Of course you would lose the Ventilator simulation of the leslie tube amp on the lower frequencies.
