Bobby, I can't remember exactly which planets we did.. I can still hum most of what we played (it's going through my head right now) but I just can't remember which of the pieces we strung together. We thought it was cool too.. unfortunately no one else seemed to (except for you, thanks!!)..

We had quite a few funny things happen in this band.. for instance we were booked to play a dance in some little town up in northern Ontario (population <500 I expect), and obviously they were expecting Rolling Stones etc.. and we delivered weird music they'd never heard before so needless to say we were not received well, and we didn't get paid. The funny thing is that it was an idiotic move to send us up there by our booking agent and despite the fact that we didn't get paid, the Booking agent still demanded his fee.. (which if I recall was about $35).. When we refused to pay the booking agent had me kicked out of the musicians union for non-payment of agents fees. I did not know at the time that this guy was not only a booking agent but also part of the management of the Toronto Musicians Union and he did this all behind my back and I just got a letter saying I was kicked out of the union. Now the funniest part of this, is that the booking agent I'm referring to was none other than Gil Moore, who went on to became the drummer of Triumph, one of Canada's most successful "power trios" next to Rush. He is also sole owner of Metal Works, Toronto's top recording school.. So while he has achieved a lot of well deserved success, he's also made a lot of money screwing over us little people along the way and I can tell you first hand that he is a f-ing dick!

Not sure why I am so nostalgic today.. I'm going to go back to playing with my new Kronos..
