Why not just use a Leslie?

A) You might not have one and they can be hard to come by.

B) Extra pre-amp needed.

C) Probably needs to be mic'ed on stage.

D) Need something to haul the Leslie in.

E) Two amps or speakers are still easier to haul than one Leslie.

F) Hauling a Leslie can damage it (though I will say that my 147 has been a through plenty and has never had a problem).

G) The speakers can also be used for other keyboard sounds. Taking a Leslie means you need another amp for your piano, Rhodes, synth, etc.
