Then it appears to be a "range" or "budget" feature. You pay more, you get
more control, presumably as a result of the cheaper (SK1, XK1) using the
Fatar keybed, and the XK3c and newB3 using a different keybed (B3 with a
multicontact setup). Still, the Nords manage early trigger with the Fatar
bed?

Anyway, I thought what the hell - I'm not a Hammond player and those top
Hammond players seem to do pretty well on the SK1, so I bought one from
Swift Music in Bristol UK (a great shop I had no idea existed until I saw
it in the dealers list on the Hammond UK website). Great fun so far :-)
