If you visit the Purchase page at http://crumar.it now, you'll see that the Mojo comes with the swell pedal. You can opt for the long or the short one.

As far as the options only being available in packs to those of us in the US, that's a disadvantage of international shipping. They say it's just not cost effective for them to ship those individual items. It's a drag for me since I have three halfmoons lying around.

The only time I've not had a response from them right away when I've emailed was when I happened to contact them during their European summer break, but they did reply within a few days.
