You can configure the Nord Electro to send organ sounds out the L output and
everything else out the right. If you're content with your pianos being in
mono, it gives you the ability to easily have two separate signal chains for
organs vs other sounds (e.g. Leslie/Vent for organ, straight to a DI or amp
for other sounds).
