It would probably upgrade anyway since you have to turn it off sooner or later. ;)
If you think this one is bad, I suggest that you NEVER attempt to do an upgrade on a Kurzweil. LOL

Hit me offline and let me know what you're doing and where you're getting stuck. I may be able to help you. I also found an outstanding system to use with both the Numa organ AND the Numa piano. After going through numerous keyboards and sound systems trying to find solutions that worked well for both pianos & organs, I'm FINALLY happy.
