Can't imagine how it can be ran apart from GarageBand internal clonewheel, btw , wondered if that feature could be configured on a MIDI controller with sliders acting as drawbars, something positively possible on a Macbook.

Of what can be read, iPAD has their own iOS , a dedicated OS for the iPAD of my knowledge not running AU or VSTi

What yes got impressed was the 'touch technique' shown up at iPAD video showing up drawbar pulling just touching the screen.

That is done with GarageBand for iOS (subsidized app under $ 5) like if it should be a stripped down version of their OSX counterpart , i.e. when using a Macbook.

Would be interesting to see a comparative between that GarageBand clonewheel vs. VB3 or Native B4

I'd like to have nice features in a closer future, i.e. in a Samsung Galaxy S like model (i9000) 1GHz processor Android OS with real A-GPS either.

That league would be best suited for an ideal cpu with a velcroed 4" screen running a clonewheel engine.

It shouldn't be far from what is nowadays required to run VB3 on low specs PCs

Again, still VB3 can't be run on iPAD , iphone or the likes.

So now that I sold all my equipment I was dreading playing my last gig
next week on my Yamaha Motif XS... I even sold my ventilator, so I
was very reluctant to use that crappy Yamaha rotary effect!!!!

So I investigated the VB3 virtual B3 emulator. Well, I am really
impressed. I set up my Motif with the sliders controlling the drawbars
and several knobs and buttons for vibrato, overdrive, percussion,
Leslie Speed, etc...

The sound on this thing is amazing!
And it can all run on an IPad in
GarageBand!
