Yes... that was me who brought the Numa into the Portland Music( Beaverton store) to try the Ventilator with the Numa.
I wanted to try some of the adjustable parameters on the Ventilator to see how it would respond to club P.A. systems.
The balance feature ( between rotors) on the Ventilator seemed like it could be an aid to taming some of the variables that can be found in using random amplification equipment.
I did listen to both sims through headphones, and the Numa sim sounds quite similar to the Ventilator when the mike distance is set at about 12 to 1 o clock. I did tend to prefer that setting rather than having the distance set close.
It was nice to meet Seth who seemed like on of the few people I have met in Portland Oregon area who well informed regarding some of the new gear that is out.
I did listen to the Ventilator and Numa through a small satelitte/ subwoofer system that sounded very smooth, though I forgot the name (?).
Seth, if you are reading this please let us know what those speakers are.
