Subject:Re: Two Keyboards: One Stand?
Hi Brian,
I really like my Standtastic 122KB. It's strong enough to hold a 70lb.
keyboard on each tier, and while the stand seems a little flimsy before
the keyboards are added, it's rock solid afterward. Like the Ultimate
stands, the tiers are infinitely adjustable -- but like the Ultimates,
not in real time -- and it can support a mic boom. The best part is
that it sets up and tears down in less than a minute, and comes with a
nice padded carry bag.
I use a Virus TI KB (~40 lbs.) on top, and an Electro on the bottom --
probably for the same reason you do: the TI KB has a lot of knobs that
need to be exposed during performance.
Regards,
-BW
