So I have checked and there's nothing bad like your description,
except normal differential tones when I play two or more notes
together. I say normal, because this is what real Hammond does as
well as the other instruments. And not only with 16' drawbar, all do
the same. It's not connected to the drawbar, just to the high pitched
sounds.

I have set Clean type, switch off amp and speaker simulation, Leslie,
leakage, noise, set flat EQ to avoid any distortion as much as
possible. So in more real and useful sound this intermodulation is a
normal part of the sound. No reason to be afraid of some problem. But
if you think it's really strange let your instrument check by Korg
service center.
