145's have 147 amplifiers in them in many cases. Given that a 145 is
simply a short 147 it made sense to just use the same amp as the 147. I
do think at one point they made up stickers that had 145 printed on
them, but most if not all that I have seen have 147 on the amplifier.

Same story with the 142/122.
