I wouldn't get hung up on the minute differences in the dispersion pattern of the horn. Same compression driver, but in order to time allign the drivers (which puts the sound source of both drivers on the same plain and therefore both woofer and horn sound arrive at the ear at the same time reducing any phase issues) the horn driver of the larger model is set deeper in the cab thus reducing sightly the angle of dispersion. That's all not a big deal in the larger scheme of things. Tried the 1O's and loved 'em.
