Subject:License Ventilator to clonewheel companies?

I've been wondering if Guido is going to license his DSP code to one of the clonewheel makers. With the amazing reviews, I'd think at least one of them has approached him about this. If Hammond put a Vent inside the XK-3, could anyone compete? I don't know how much DSP horsepower the Ventilator needs, but maybe it could be implemented as part of a software version / VST.
