Right !

Sure ! any good 15" speaker helps.

Even an Eminence Delta 12" wouldn't have proper 32 hz bass fundamental frequency from pedalbass.

That's info in hz should be part of so called ' Thiele-Small parameters' generally printed in the accompanying datasheet within the speaker box, i.e. good units show up a resonance value (fs) which in general mostly 12"s are higher than 32hz.

It's easier to get it with a good 15" loudspeaker but again 32hz is the key to know if it will reproduce a full bass organ response, needed if you do pedals.

Sadly Thiele-Small parameters are usually published in every datasheet of serious brands, not in cheapo imports, BTW, can be got locally a 15" woofer for USD $ 50 but it lacks of any info about RMS power measured in Watt (not peak, nor 'musical' power, or the terrible PMPO units)

Worst yet , it doesn't carry any printed sheet with basic specs, all can be read is in the label with 'turbocharged Watts' measured for 4 ohm of impedance, rather than for our more standard 8 ohm.

Let's say that a rule of thumb values printed in the back, on the magnet casket, what the label tells as 'Watts' without any other further explanation, should be divided by four as minimum.

i.e. a generic import (came here a disguised brand called 'FoXtex' telling 400W but only being 9W RMS power in 8 ohm)

You get what you pay for , you know.

Hope the above helps.

Best,

Rafael

I recently sold my Pro 3T/Low Pro (I like the Ventilator through 2 JBL
Eon 315's much better), but to answer your question: the Low Pro has a
much better sound than the 3T's bass simulator. I like a lot of bass
response, so I had the 'bass' control on the Low Pro up all the way -
that gave a nice deep sound, but you couldn't get too much volume out of
it that way.

I play pedals also. I have the motion sound Lo pro with the 12 in. For bass I use a seperate bass amp and speaker which pedals go thru.
another benifit for this you don't have the tremulo with the bass.It works out very good,
Bill
