I have very good experience for long years with Yamaha pedals (in
fact KORG CX3 Volume pedal is same as Yamaha FC7), so for switches I
use FC5. It's momentary switch. You don't need latch type switch.

I wrote you how to engage Wheel Brake from panel, it's easy and you
can prepare it before song start (after program selection) , or do it
during a short pause or even during a left hand play only:

Press Global, 8, <, Write/Enter will switch on/off wheel brake.
