Yes.

I claim to be the original requester of that feature. I was using my brand
new AMA on a recording date with my '80 C-3, and it didn't sound right. I
figured that was because my AO-28 preamp in the organ was then going thru
another AO-28 preamp equivalent in the AMA.

Steve at Speakeasy talked me thru where to tap into the AMA amp input
directly, and there was the tone I was seeking! He started putting the AMP
IN jack on AMAs after that. I guess not all AMAs are ordered with the preamp
inside, in which case what I just said is irrelevant.
