I actually have a pair of K12s, and love them.  For the most part, I just use one, and run my rig mono.  Once in a while I will pack both, but one is more than enough.  It’s loud, it sounds great, sounds great on my S90es pianos, synths from Receptor, and gives me great organ sound from my Hammond XK2 w Ventilator and from my Ventura TX5 (slowly making its way into my live rig).
I have recently acquired a K10 and a K8 as well.  The K10 works pretty well, but is taxed in really loud situations (and I play in a couple REALLY loud situations).  The K8 is nice and portable, but other than low-key jazz or acoustic gigs, I wouldn’t want that to be my only cabinet.  Sometimes, when I do run a pair, I’ll take the K8 with either a K10 or K12.
You will love the K12!~

I am considering getting a qsc k12 to act as an on stage monitor. I have heard them in my local music store but that never replicates whats heard live. Was wondering if anyone here has played their rig through it and what were your thoughts in comparison to some of the other contenders.
