I never owned a Low Pro, but I did own a Pro3T for a while but I eventually bought a Leslie 2101, which I liked a more. For "easy access' gigs I was using a 145 and would use the 2101 for the tougher setups. The first thing I did when I got my Ventilator was to sell the 2101 since I actually preferred the sound of the Vent over it (it actually sounds a lot warmer than the 2101 did). I also haven't taken the 145 to any gigs since I got the Vent. The 145 sounds a little better than the Vent, but the difference doesn't justify the extra hastle (to me anyway).
I don't think you'd miss the Pro3T/Low Pro.
BTW: Stereo is not MANDATORY with the Vent ... it sounds great even in mono mode.
