Ken-
Neither switch has 3 terminals. The switches are wired as follows:
Switch 1: Red/Common
Switch 2: Black/ common (attached through switch 1).
This is simply an old peavey amp 2 switch floor unit, but it may have been rewired. It works well on my HK Tube Rotosphere. It looks like there is room for a third switch as well.

Ideally I would like one switch to be Fast Slow and the second to be Fast and Stop. At this point if I could simply get a single switch that would do Fast/slow I'd be OK.

Someone said the Boss FS-6 could be configured to work, and the Vox VFS-2 looks like it might also be a possibility, but I would hate to buy them and possibly be stuck with something I cannot use.

Alternatively, if you have a simple wiring diagram I could probably order the parts from mouser and put it together myself without too much trouble. If you have one for sale I would be glad to work something out with you. Guido really did not provide any additional info- probably hoping to sell his switches. I cannot afford to wait that long or pay international shipping!!
