Subject:Shameless plug-Tried new leslie our, wierd thing???

Well, I tried out the new leslie at a gig last saturday, and it was complete heaven onstage, I forgot what moving air was like! I have the real leslies in the studio, but they're isolated in a room for recording, and I always hear them through the monitors instead of being in the room with them. BUt the odd part is we did a few songs that played with the guitarist at a local blues jam a few weeks before, and the recording method was identical. The difference was one was recorded with the CX3 direct into the PA, using Korg's leslie sim. The other was the Korg through the new 50C. Onstage it was a world of difference but recording wise, the sim actually sounded as good or better at spots. Wierd!
Here's both versions, I'm not going to say which is which of a few of the songs. Ignore the mistakes, the one was at a jam, and the gig went off cold, we couldn't get a rehearsal in. It's hippie music so it didn't matter too much, luckily!
