Subject:Broken CD for Dave Liminas Hammond Organ Complete

I bought Dave Liminas book with the best intentions and have been carrying it around for a couple of years without actually opening it up and going through it. Now Ive suddenly got the time. I opened it up and I discovered that the Cd is shattered! Can anyone point me to where I could find an mp3 copy of the disc?
