I down loaded the manual and read it last night. You are right about the
limitations. I am much cooler toward the unit now.

- I can't believe the VR-700 does have split outputs! That is a major
problem for anyone you wants to use a real rotating speaker or a Ventilator.
- The ability to add even one SRX card would have made the unit much more
viable.
- Couldn't they have made one voice or layer a midi send? I don't need
anything fancy. But it would have been so much more useful.

While I was waiting to judge the unit until I actually could play one, I am
afraid the control issues seem to make the box a non-starter for me.
