thank you for your reply. I'm sorry if I'm been little bit agressive but I love the old Hammond sound and I've spent ten years on this project to have a good product and I've always said that if a customer give me money for my product need to be quiet about assistance so when I know that someone have a problem (fortunately very very fews) I try to resolve the situation immediately. I've always said "I'm not a washer manufacturer. If you have a problem you can wash tomorrow. The player have the concert now and my product must works now also. So for this I spend a lot of time about the reliability on my products. The problem is that sometime a bad wire or capacitor or something else don't thinks the same.
