There always seems to be a lot of confusion about these products, which is
understandable since it is a bit intertwined. Here's the tale as I remember
it:
Key5 was a product offered by Voce, and was a technical partnership between
Dave Amels and Elvio. There are very few of these in the wild, but you can
still see a pic of one on the Voce site:

KeyB is Elvios current organ and is considered by most to be the finest
sounding clone on the planet at the moment. It uses linux based software
based on the free Beatrix software, taken several generations more advanced
by the original developer.
Diversi DV is the current generation of Diversi organs, and is based on the
Italian KeyB. They used to have a partnership but judging by current posts
by Elvio, they no longer do.
Diversi also had a previous generation of organs but I can't remember what
they were called, or if they were developed with any outside partners.
The other software organ product out there is Hamichord, which these days is
running a new hotrod version of VB3, yet to be released to the rest of us.
