If you can find them, Barbetta powered speakers are some of the best
sounding boxes out there. They¹re not cheap but the active crossover in
them provides one of the smoothest output. I¹ve been using a pair of the
31cs¹ which have a pair of 8² speakers and a bullet type high driver. They
can handle tons of low end and are extremely lightweight.
