Looks like a cool place to work in. I'm just warning you though, it'll never end. I started with a combination control room/keyboard room and an isolated room (more like a closet) for the leslie so I could record my own music. Next thing I knew I wanted to use real drums, so that meant an isolated drum room. Then I had to pay for it, so I started recording bands, and found I needed a live room for the guitars, etc. The latest is a vocal booth which I'm finishing now. I now have a dream studio that I can record anything I want to in, and I'm so busy recording everyone else to pay for it that I haven't recorded any of my own music for a year! So my advice is stay small and keep it a hobby!
