Subject:Re: Difference between A100 bench and B3 bench?

Yes. A B3 bench has spindle legs and stretchers, like the B3 case. It
can't support the pedal footrest, so the B3 clavier has the footrest
built on top of it instead of being incorporated into the bench, as it
is for the A100. The A100 bench has slab sides and no stretchers,
something like a C3 bench, except with no ornamentation and cleaner
angles. The A100 benches I have are also a different color from the B3
benches. Both will span a Hammond console clavier, so the main
functional difference is the placement of the pedal footrest.
