Sounds like you need a Motif ES or XS.

Subject: Re: [CWSG] Alternate sounds on the E3
Hmmm, interesting. Is there a link at Clavia where I can hear MP3 samples of their sound library? The sounds I need to have on that E3 would be: strings, brass, trumpet, mute trumpet, marimba, caliope, flute, sax (tenor), trombone, harmonica, oboe and a square wave lead synth sound.

The Electro 3 has a lot of those things, check out all the sounds in the Clavia Sample Library. A lot of these are in there from the factory and you can download what you want and get rid of what you don't. You can also manipulate the samples before you load them in the E3.
It's just a matter of figuring out where the sound is and setting up a preset so you can get to it quickly. I love all the new Mellotron sounds!
