Well, the Drawbar values are OK, My apologies to Nord. It was my device setup that had a problem. The people at Nord now have their feedback page up and running and I got a very quick response from Tomas that included verifying the data on a real C2.

The full drawbar position(8) value is set to 127 to stay within the MIDI definitions.

The 8 position values are: 16,32,48,64,80,96,112,127. It changes faster than an eye blink, so external aftermarket drawbars are possible by using a MIDI implementation.
