Sorry for the size of this. These are settings that are as close as I could get to my two hammonds in the studio.
They are both pretty bright organs, especially the M-3/50C combo.
I set the overdrive knob at about 11:00 for the CV and 1:00 for the M3 when going direct, although nowadays that's rare, it's usually going through the 50C.

My 1947 Hammond CV through a Leslie 44W. (Some percussion settings obviously don't apply,
but I listed them anyway even though the CV doesn't have Perc.)
