Quite well written and nicely presented, fairly up to date (2008), first half is text, which I found interesting although not a lot of new or in-depth information, second half is 39 brief musical examples with a CD, which I found less useful. I read the text and listened to the examples once but since then it has sat on the shelf. Overall I'd say 4 or 5 out of 10 as a coffee table book for Hammondheads, but maybe 7 or 8 out of 10 as an introduction for tonewheel tyros.
