Nope. I also run my motif thru the same cab and it's fine. The C2 with it's internal sim is fine, too.
Good question though.

Silly question I am sure, but could the horn on your SRM450 be blown?

It wasn't so much the signal as it made the C2 sound muddy. A LOT of mid and 0 highs. I fussed with the C2 EQ and the EQ on my mixer. 888000008 was muddy. No high end DB at all. I tried adjusting the horn/drum balance. Still no change.
Here's the set up;
C2 left out to Vent in. Vent mono out to DI in. DI out to my mixer.
Mixer to SRM 450.
C2 Leslie off.
Vent in Key mode. Low drive.
Baffled???

A lot of Nord owners are/were dissatisfied with the Vent. Bruce has a fix where I believe he talks about boosting the signal.

I hate to sound like a ninny but....
I think I had the Vent in proper keyboard mode but...
I had the front panel Leslie button off on the C2.
I guess I could read the C2 manual but is there something that needs to be edited out on the C2 deeper than the front panel button.
It was almost like what happens when a Leslie horn stops facing the back of the Leslie.
I guess I need more time to tweak.
Chuck
