Subject:Software B3 Users

I noticed that GSI has a sale all of August 2010 of it's software titles including the VB3 virtual vst organ for 35% off of the regular price. Not a bad deal as the VB3 was already at a fair price. Although I would not gig with a laptop, it is becoming more and more common to see bands using them lately. The touch screen laptops available now at lower prices probably make using them easier now too. You could load the VB3 onto a V-Machine and save your delicate laptop for home or less hazardous use. VB3 can be put on as many computers as you have with a single license as long as you only run one at a time. And as long as you have the license number you can reload it without any hassle when your computer gets replaced or dies or Windows needs to be reinstalled. I use it with an M-Audio Axiom which is not as great a feel as a real A, B, or C or even some of the newer hardware clones but the price is right for me. If i were to gig, which I don't do anymore, I think I would use my Roland VK8M with the Axiom and a good keyboard amp.
