I used RAX this past summer for my live rig and it worked great. Simple to set up, very flexible. I saved my setup (which had Akoustik Piano, VB3, Pro-53 and Elektrik Piano; 2 MIDI keyboards and a UC-33e controller) so that when I started RAX it would pull everything together under its 'hood' and all my keyboards and plug-ins would be ready to go.
