and a bypass witch. I doubt it lets you slowly ramp down to a stop or ramp
up realistically from a stop.

Via an external switch or a half moon switch you can have the lesie on stop. Leslie on stop and fast is used by many a jazz organ player and it is possible with the Ventilator.
