Just received the reply from Guido Kirsch of Neo-Instruments, who makes the Ventilator. He told me that he is shipping units to the US as we speak. Of course there are additional costs and the best possible means of sending (DHL or insured package, airmail etc.) should be researched by the buyer, which should be fairly easy.
He plans on making the Ventilator available world wide through dealers, but it might still take a while.
