I've been following this
thread. I think the reason the guys in Brazil are making clones is
because their tax system makes it prohibitive to import affordable
clones from elsewhere. Same thing the Italians have done with their
clones. If they sell
some in the US good for them but perhaps its for their domestic market
that these Tokai's exist. And it's funny how we'd associate the name
Tokai with a Japanese company thinking it to be a Japanese name as
Tokai Japan makes great Strat and Tele, etc, copies as well as a slew
of guitar pedal effects that at this day have become collector's items..

I'm curious how selling a musical instrument with the name Tokai is going to cause any legal prpblems for this keyboard company..
