'Ventura' was chosen as the export brand name (it means 'happiness' in Portuguese and 'fortune' in Spanish). 'Tokai' roughly means 'to play' in Portuguese, however the name sounds Japanese, not Brazilian, plus (coincidentally) there's a Japanese guitar maker known as Tokai.
To avoid confusion and perceptual dissonance, 'Ventura' was chosen as the name for the export brand, sort of like how Exxon is known as 'Esso' internationally. 'Tokai' will remain the name in Brazil; the only difference between the two will be the name on the unit(s).
And just for clarification, 'Ventura' is the brand name, 'TX5 Classic' (or simply 'TX5') is the name of this organ.
