The ONLY thing I found that was capable of doing what you are looking for was the Motion Sound GAS Pedal: it interfaced with their Pro- rotary devices, but actually worked like a CC pedal (or Univibe), in that you can grab ANY speed in between fast and slow. Obviously it wasn't a feature folks weren't crazy about and it kind of disappeared.
