I am still a little fuzzy on that. I took a peak into the manual PDF file, and they explain how a stereo jack needs to be wired in order for a foot switch (it actually has to be a latching switch, not one like a piano sustain pedal) to allow the change between slow and fast. I guess the stop is a second footswitch. I have an inexpensive but nice 1982 Solton leslie copy and it has two footswitches. If I leave the fast/slow switch on fast and just use the stop switch, I can go from stop to fast (as some jazz playrs such as JoeyD. do).
From a foirst glimpse I guess this is how it works, but I admit what's on their wen site is a bit fuzzy.
