Subject:playing Jessica

Well, it's only been 36 years since ABB released Brothers and Sisters and I'm finally being asked to play Jessica. Which prompts the question: How do YOU approach this one? I don't seem to be able to play both the piano and organ part at once. How do YOU divide your time between piano and organ duties on this one?
